SMS Messages are limited to 160 characters per message.
Due to programming convention by some wireless carriers (called percent-encoding), certain symbols used in messages
will require more than one character when used. For example, the "&" symbol displays as one character when viewed
on a mobile phone. But, this symbol, and others below, require the use of three (3) actual characters to be implemented.
